AGR Double Width Tower Overview
The AGR Double Width Mobile Tower is the Most Advanced Tower in NZ.
Our (AGR) Advanced Guard Rail, Double Width Tower, uses no top guard-rail poles, or mid section poles. The advanced guardrail sections with the final setup makes the setup always compliant to the NZ/AUS Safety Standards by requiring a 1m safety zone above the highest platform.
Super Fast and Safe to Setup the entire 5m Tower can be setup from the lowest point so you do not have to climb to the top of the tower to add any safety rails, making our tower the safest tower to setup in New Zealand with a setup time of under 10 minutes.
AGR Size;
The AGR is 2M Long and is 1400 wide.
Overall Height as a full tower is 5M
The scaffold has a built in ladder solution so no separate ladders are required for section height to which the tower is erected to.
All platforms have a hatch so you can enter the scaffold either on the right side or left hand side.
The unit has 2 x Diagonal Support Braces and 2 x Horizontal Support Braces for the base setup.
It has 4 x Adjustable legs and 4 x 500kg Casters with a duel foot step brake solution.
The AGR is only sold as a full tower.
The AGR meets and exceeds the AUS/NZ Safety standards and is fully compliant.

Setup a 2M Mobile Scaffold
It is the easiest solution to put together which takes just a few minutes.
Step 1. Setup the AGR Base Unit using the following components;
2 x 2M Side guardrail frames.
1 x 2M End Frame.
1 x 2M End Frame with Built in Ladder.
2 x 2M Work Platforms with Hatch.
2 x Diagonal Support Braces.
2 x Horizontal Support Braces.
4 x Adjustable legs.
4 x 500kg Casters with duel brake solution.
This creates a 2M Mobile scaffold which the working platform is set to 1M to ensure the unit has a 1M safety guardrail frame.
No Stabilizers are required at this level
Setup a 3M Mobile Scaffold
Additional Components Required
1 x 1M End Frame.
1 x 1M End Frame with Built in Ladder.
2 x Stabilizers
This creates a 3M Mobile scaffold which the working platform is set to 2M to ensure the unit has a 1M safety guardrail frame.
Step 2. Simply add the following components;
Simple add the 1M end frame to one end and add the 1M end frame with the built in ladder to the other end. Lift the side guardrail frames, so they are level to meet the top of the frames you just added.
Add the 2 stabilizers that we provide with the unit and that’s it.
Setup a 4M Mobile Scaffold
Components Required
STEP 3. The 4M Tower requires removal of the 1M End frames and replace these with the remaining 2M end frames;
REMOVE
1 x 1M End Frame.
1 x 1M end frame with built in ladder.
ADD
1 x 2M End Frame with Built in Ladder.
1 x 2M End Frame.
2 x 2M Side Guardrail frames.
2 x 2M Work Platforms
This creates a 4M Mobile scaffold which the working platform is set to 3M to ensure the unit has a 1M safety guardrail frame.
NOTE: If you want to just setup a 5M Tower then skip this step and move directly to STEP 4 and it is as simple as adding the last frames.
Setup a 5M Mobile Scaffold
You can just add the 1M end frame and 1M End Frame with the build in ladder and raise the side guardrail frames.
The unit is compliant using it in this configuration, yet setup with the 1M frame in the middle makes one rock solid mobile tower.
Simply take the tower back to a 2M setup, add the 1M safety guardrail section and then add the additional 2M frame sections.
This creates a 5M Mobile scaffold which the working platform is set to 4M to ensure the unit has a 1M safety guardrail frame.
And your done.
